Certified by the Royal Academy of Dance and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), Maria focuses on technique and artistry in her classes.
Originally from Granada, Spain, Ms Maria has taught ballet for more than 12 years, incorporating Cuban technique and methods. She has taught in the US for Art of Classical Ballet, the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School, L&M Ballet, Boca Dance Studio and RealDance.
In addition to her classes she coaches a professional rhythmic gymnastics team in ballet, which includes gymnasts on the USA national team. Although she is known as a tough teacher, Ms Maria strives to instill in her students the same passion for ballet that she shares!
